Take control of epilepsy at night.

NightWatch+ is designed for parents and caregivers who need a dependable and accurate system to detect and alert of seizures occurring during sleep, including those where there is a risk of injury, such as SUDEP, enabling timely intervention.

NightWatch+ features a comfortable, wireless sensor that continuously monitors heart rate and movement to detect multiple types of seizures during sleep, including tonic-clonic, prolonged tonic, hyperkinetic, and myoclonic clustered seizures.

Intended to be used at home by people diagnosed with epilepsy aged 4 years and up, having nocturnal epileptic motor seizures. When NightWatch+ detects a potentially dangerous seizure, a warning is transmitted via a wireless signal from the sensor to the paired alarm station, notifying caregivers.

Instant alerts during a nocturnal seizure

NightWatch+ uses heart rate, movement, and body position to monitor for potential seizure activity. When the sensor in the device detects acute changes in heart rate or motion, it instantly notifies caregivers by sending an alert to the included alarm unit, setting off an audible alarm – enabling timely intervention and reducing seizure-related risks.

Detects seizures with risk of injury, including SUDEP

NightWatch is an advanced medical alert device designed to detect severe epileptic seizures in bed, including those where there is a risk of injury, such as SUDEP, by providing continuous monitoring during the night – a time when people with epilepsy are often most vulnerable.

Most SUDEP cases occurs during sleep when seizures go unnoticed. The NightWatch+ detects epileptic seizures that occur during sleep and promptly alerts carers or family members.

Early intervention in these critical moments can help prevent complications such as prolonged seizures, breathing difficulties, and heart problems, all of which are known risk factors for SUDEP.

By providing immediate alerts and enabling faster responses, NightWatch+ offers an important layer of protection for people living with epilepsy, giving families peace of mind and potentially saving lives.
