Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Please note, our products are popular and tend to sell out quickly. When that happens, there may be a delay of up to 10 working days while we acquire more stock.

30 Day Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority and we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need.

If your new epilepsy alarm isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery in its original condition.

Return Instructions

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
