Delivery Methods

We appreciate that time is of the utmost importance when you’re purchasing an epilepsy alarm. That’s why all orders for an epilepsy alarm are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® service. This service is charged at £15 and is added automatically at the checkout.

Accessories bought separately (i.e. not with an epilepsy alarm) are subject to a £5 shipping charge, and are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24® service.

After you have placed your order, you’ll receive updates from Royal Mail including when your order has been collected, and when they expect to deliver it to you. Royal Mail will also provide you with your unique tracking ID so you can track the status of your delivery.

Please note, epilepsy alarm parcels must be signed for. Accessories sold separately do not need to be signed for.

We are dedicated to serving customers across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Please note, our products are popular and tend to sell out quickly. When that happens, there may be a delay of up to 10 working days while we acquire more stock.

30 Day Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority and we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need.

If your new epilepsy alarm isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery in its original condition.

Return Instructions

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Return your order securely in its original condition and original packaging and send it to the address below using a tracked and insured shipping service:
