Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

We’re planning some closures over the December period in line with the bank holidays.

In addition, we want to make you aware of possible delays with shipping that we tend to see at this time of year due to how busy things get for our couriers.

Our emergency care team will still be on hand

If you have an alarm that is monitored by Telecare24, please rest assured that their team will still answer if you trigger your alarm. When we say that our monitoring service is 24/7, 365 days a year, we mean it. That doesn’t change over public holidays.

Our main office will be closing for Christmas

Our office will be closed from 1 pm on 24th December. We’ll be back at 9 am on 29th December. We’ll also be closed on the 3rd January which is the adjusted public holiday for New Year’s.

Please note, this is a different office from where the Telecare24 monitoring team are based. They will continue to answer emergency calls 24/7.

What to do if you need technical support

Technical support will be closed from 1 pm on the 24th of December and back open on 29th December at 9 am. Most technical issues have a simple fix, which can be found in the guides below.

Order online as soon as possible

To get set up in time for Christmas, we recommend that new customers order online as quickly as possible.

Any orders placed from 23rd December onwards will have a 10 working day delivery timescale until the New Year.

Please note: In light of COVID-19, some deliveries may take a little longer to arrive. This is outside of our control.
