Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
We’re planning some closures over the December period in line with the bank holidays.
In addition, we want to make you aware of possible delays with shipping that we tend to see at this time of year due to how busy things get for our couriers.
Our emergency care team will still be on hand
If you have an alarm that is monitored by Telecare24, please rest assured that their team will still answer if you trigger your alarm. When we say that our monitoring service is 24/7, 365 days a year, we mean it. That doesn’t change over public holidays.
Our main office will be closing for Christmas
Our office will be closed on 24th December. We’ll be back at 9 am on 28th December. We’ll also be closed on 31st and reopened 3rd January which is the adjusted public holiday for New Year’s.
Please note, this is a different office from where the Telecare24 monitoring team are based. They will continue to answer emergency calls 24/7.

What to do if you need technical support
Technical support will be closed from 24th of December and back open on 28th December at 9 am. Most technical issues have a simple fix, which can be found in the guides below.

Guides for troubleshooting your alarm
Order online as soon as possible
To get set up in time for Christmas, we recommend that new customers order online as quickly as possible.
- Orders received before 10am on 22nd December will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery expected 23rd December – 28th December.
- Orders placed between 23rd and 29th December will be dispatched on a next working day basis. Delivery expected between 29th – 31st December.
- Orders placed between 30th December and 2nd January will be dispatched the next working day with delivery expected between 4th – 7th January
