We’re giving £10 from every order placed in December to Young Epilepsy

Here at Epilepsy Alarms we totally appreciate that for some, purchasing an epilepsy alarm may present a significant financial challenge. The fact that many of these devices are not available through the NHS is something we continue to campaign for. Sadly, until then many of these devices are only available on the private market.

Our ultimate vision is to help as many families as possible who care for someone with epilepsy to have the opportunity to own an epilepsy alarm. We believe everyone who is touched by this condition should have access to these devices, whether that’s a simple bed sensor such as the Alert-it Companion, or the sophisticated Embrace2 wrist-worn watch from Empatica.

To help us achieve our vision, we are delighted to now offer Klarna as a purchase option for customers.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a secure payment method used by over 80 million people, that allows you to purchase the equipment you need and spread the cost across 3 equal payments, with no interest. That gives you the flexibility to purchase and pay over a period of time, rather than in one lump sum.

How Do I Pay by Klarna?

Paying for your epilepsy device is simple. Just select the Klarna option at our checkout and enter your card details as normal. Klarna will take care of the rest.

When your order has been dispatched, Klarna will take your first payment, followed by a further payment 30 days later and then a final payment after 60 days.

Klarna will send the notification of your first payment and will notify you ahead of time about your subsequent payments, so there are no surprises.

The easiest way to keep track of your purchase is to download the Klarna App which is available on iOS and Google Play.

Purchase Example

Let’s imagine you purchase an Embrace2 epilepsy watch and select to pay by Klarna. This is how Klarna will slice up your payment:

Embrace price:  £249

Payment at point of order:  £83
Payment day 30:  £83
Payment day 60:  £83
Interest charged:  £0
