Your new epilepsy alarm will be dispatched via Royal Mail. The delivery cost* will be added to ensure the device is insured in case of loss or damage.

Due to the popularity of our products, they sell out quickly and sometimes there is a delay of up to 10 working days while we acquire more stock and prepare it for new customers.

* Delivery costs vary depending on the value of the order:
Below £500 = £10 delivery fee
£500 or higher = £15 delivery fee

You will receive delivery updates from Royal Mail including when your order has been dispatched, and when they expect to deliver it to you.

We only sell and dispatch items within the United Kingdom. We are dedicated to serving customers across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Not the right fit?

Your satisfaction is our priority and we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need. If your epilepsy alarm isn’t the right fit for you, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to return an item

Please contact our customer service team and we will process your cancellation accordingly.

Pack the item securely in its original condition and original packaging and return it to the following address:

Send your package* via a tracked and insured service to ensure it arrives safely. Once we receive and inspect the returned alarm, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

* Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
